About Us

We are a husband and wife team who, for many years, have enjoyed working with a remarkable Belgian company by the name of Pidy. At their bakeries in Belgium and France they make the most amazing range of ready-baked pastry cases for Continental patissiers, using exactly the same kitchen ingredients we all use, with no other additives.

What's so special about them? Well, apart from the truly excellent taste, they keep for months (if stored sensibly) and are so easy and convenient to use. They have become one of the tricks of the trade for today's busy chef who wants quality and convenience - especially when large quantities of pastries are needed for functions and event catering.
