Gluten-Free Pastry Cases

We are aware that Pastry Post customers are sometimes asked to cater for people with particular dietary requirements. Although we don't offer these items ourselves, we are very happy to recommend a small UK producer who specialises in making Gluten-Free and Wheat-Free pastry cases. We have tried their products and they are excellent.

The company is Tarte Maison, started by experienced chef Gill Webb and based at a purpose-built production kitchen in Portchester, Hampshire. You can find out more by visiting www.tartemaison.com

As well as being Gluten-Free and Wheat-Free, they are also free from any other additives. These are the ingredients they use:

Tartemaison pastry cases are available in two sizes, 63mm (2 ½ inch) and 10cm (4 inch), and either in sweet or savoury pastry (ingredients list as above).
